We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Click the *Contact Us link. Please note that there will be times when we are "off-grid" for as much as 2 weeks at a time on adventures! Growing our catalog! Your request will be honored based on the date of your request. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label.
